- 31 October 2026 First publication: the 2026 summary, 12 articles at three levels in Polish and English, the timeline, register of judges, 15-seat map, glossary, key documents, the list of unverified items and downloadable data. Status as of 31 October 2026, 04:00 CET.
- 31 October 2026 (before publication) A freshness check covered events up to 04:00 CET, including the orders of 30 October published on trybunal.gov.pl. It also corrected the research notes: since July 2026 the Commissioner for Human Rights (RPO) has been Sylwia Gregorczyk-Abram, and the phrase „stan wyższej konieczności konstytucyjnej” ("a state of constitutional necessity") comes from Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, not from the RPO.1,2
